Cheesecake Pie PDF Print E-mail

This is a Quick, Easy, Delicious dessert. Perfect for Shavuos or anytime – we even like it for breakfast.

Ingredients:

Crust:
1 1/2 cups finely crushed graham crackers
1 stick (1/2 cup) melted butter or margarine

Filling:
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine crust ingredients and press into the bottom of square 9–inch pan. *

Bake for 10 minutes and remove from oven. Cool.

Mix the ingredients for the filling in a blender or stand mixer and pour on top of baked crust.

Bake at 350 for 15 -20 minutes until set in center

Notes:

Yield: Serves 6 - 8

* Shortcut (We won’t tell): Use a prepared graham cracker crust – it works just as well.
