Adapted from a recipe submitted by Rebbetzin Lori Palatnik, JRWP
Simple sweet dessert – parve or dairy

Ingredients:

1 crumbled up cake (or brownies)
2 small cartons of whip cream (dairy or pareve)
1 can berry pie filling (cherry, blueberry, apple...any kind)
1 square grated chocolate (optional)
4 Tablespoons liqueur (chocolate, almond, coffee...any kind)

Directions:

Whip the cream and set aside. Put crumbled cake in a large glass serving bowl (the prettier the bowl, the better), should fill 1\2 bowl. Pour liqueur onto cake, then spread the pie filling. Top with the whipped cream. If desired, garnish with grated chocolate or chocolate curls.

Refrigerate until serving.

8-10 servings
