Slow Cooker Vegetarian Split Pea Soup PDF Print E-mail

Split pea soup is a warm, comforting addition to a meal in the Sukkah, or for that matter any time.

This delicious vegetarian recipe is made in a slow cooker .

Possible variations are chunks of flanken or mini kosher sausages or hot dogs, if you are serving a meat meal.

For dairy, garnish the vegetarian version with a dollop of sour cream.  Enjoy!
